The Manifesto

"I believe that technology must be used to enhance human equity, creativity, and connectivity."

As an AI Learning Experience Designer, Tech Mentor, and M.Ed. (UCLA), I work on the absolute frontlines of technology and human learning. In an age of machine learning—where generative AI puts automated thoughts, not just information, at our fingertips—our role is no longer to be "sages on stages" telling others what to think. We must be "guides on the sides," teaching our communities how to critically evaluate information, challenge algorithmic assumptions, and facilitate learning that extends beyond the self.

RAG Definition

"Like giving the AI an open-book exam where you supply the exact textbook."

In enterprise settings, we don't need the AI to guess using general training data. We use a RAG pipeline to dynamically supply your secure company knowledge bases right alongside their prompts. It eliminates hallucination and guarantees data privacy.

Evals Definition

"Setting up the strict grading rubric before you evaluate your class assignments."

You wouldn't let a student grade their own final exam. Evals are the programmatic tests we build to systematically score your AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and tone. It shifts implementation from a guessing game into rigorous statistical validation.

Agentic Workflows

"Moving from a calculator that waits for you to type, to an assistant running errands on your behalf."

Traditional AI responds once and stops. Agentic systems are designed to loop: they write code, test it, analyze the errors, rewrite it, and check their work autonomously before delivering the final outcome to your desk.
